Pulling into the lot was super easy, no issues at all. But then leaving took longer than I expected because the app was sitting there confirming the payment. It wasn’t a huge deal, but also kind of frustrating in the moment. Overall it was fine, just a little annoying at the end.

Parking ended up being reasonable for me . The fees weren’t too bad either , though I do wish they showed the full total a little sooner . Still , it was cheaper than I expected .

The site was kind of slow when I was trying to apply it though, and I had to refresh once before the discount actually showed up right. Not terrible or anything, just one of those mildly annoying moments when you’re trying to get it done quickly. I’d probably use it again if I had another code

The issue was more with the operator coordination. I got transferred once and had to repeat the same details, which was frustrating because I was already in a hurry and just wanted it handled.
They did get it sorted in the end, so I wouldn’t say it was a bad service. I just think the operators need to be a little more on the same page. 3 stars feels fair.
